All Indian & Foreign Donations to Samajik Shaikshanik Vikas Kendra are exempted from Section 80G (5) (vi) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and we will issue a certificate for the same.
80G Tax Exemption No-2808-09 dated 10.09.2008, Valid from 01.04.2008 to 31.03.2011, Now with the effect of 2009 IT amendment it became permanent.
All donations to Samajik Shaikshanik Vikas Kendra are exempted under 80 G of the Income Tax. Samajik Shaikshanik Vikas Kendra is also registered under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act and receives donations from foreign donors. You can donate for general purposes or you can donate for specific purpose. You can specify, if you like, that you want to spend the money for a particular purpose and we will send you both narrative and financial report of the activity your money was used for. You may also visit us whenever you wish to see our activities. This is regardless of whether you are donating or not. You may also seek any general or particular information you would like from us.
